  3. Now in a bowl, break your eggs, add sugar, salt flavour and whisk together until the sugar melt.
  4. Sieve your flour and keep aside, take a spoon and pour the egg mixture then the flour gradually in a circular motion, repeat until you stop seeing the groundnut color i.e the flour has coated it(note:at this step u should not stop if not it wouldn't look like a peanut).
  5. Add oil to the pan in a moderate heat and fry your peanut burger until a light golden brown is achieved.
